OVERALL RECOMMENDATIONS

ADOPT THE RIGHT REFLEXES

  • We recommend that you store your bags in their original cover when not in use. Store it away from prolonged exposure to light, heat (preferably 19-25°C )and humidity, which could damage its components.
  • Avoid contact with materials that could migrate on your bag (particularly if it is clear or varnished) and remember to put your small personal effects in a pocket to protect the inner lining from any stains from pens, oil, perfume, cream or lipstick or transfers, particularly on PVC linings (magazines, invoices, etc.).
  • Leave the shoulder strap either on the inside of the bag or on the outside of the storage bag so that it doesn't rub off or distort the bag.
  • Before applying any solution to your bag, always test it on a hidden part of the bag.
  • Longchamp shoes are not machine washable.
